Re: Sharp Sports Betting also apply to soccer? (n00b question)

As a bit of an outsider I've also ordered "The Football Betting Science" by Gary Christie which is 100% about betting on soccer.

The three of them should keep me occupied for a while...

NFL Points Line

Hi,

I am currently looking for the best site for last years NFL statistics for each team/game point's average scored in a game. Also breaking down into each half and quarter.

I do a lot of...

Re: 10 NL, Not sure if I made the right call here

Fold unless you have any reads. With some decent stats you could make a good informed decision. Your killed by 88, 77 and TT +, 9J (unlikely) and a good chance of been outdrawn.
When you first...

3 betting preflop is a good start.

[/ QUOTE ]

Thats an option. I like to call a 3way or HU pot to disguise my hand, an unsuspecting weaker Ace will pay you well.

Re: Going broke with AK, top pair @ NL10 (how to avoid?)

10NL at Party is my regular home I have played nearly 50k hands at this level (yes sick I know).

This situation is one I faced a few times on the Flop and in my opinion you’re probably behind....

Re: ($5NL- 6Max) Bad Pos, TPGK + FD , monotone flop, multiway pot help

I would over bet the pot to about 0.40. If you get any action its time to close down. That’s what I do at 5NL in these situations were its impossible to know were you are.

This on most occasions...

Re: 2NL FR: overplayed overpair on the flop?

Would have made the same move myself. It seems small stacks around this size are trying to get in with TPTK. Occasionally you will run into sets, but less often enough to justify making him play for...

Re: $5 full ring 2/4c blinds: slowplay nut flush on flop with position

qq, 99, and 44 would be very hard cards to bet on the turn for the worst of players, even at this level. His play could be consistent with TT, one of which is a club and there you are well and truly...

It all sounds good what you say Bowlboy. I agree it's most probably best to play TAG, but the variance can be and must be a real killer on these tables. It's going to probably make it worse buying in...

[ QUOTE ]

AA - 0%
KK - 22.6%
QQ - 41.4%
JJ - 57.0%
TT - 69.5%
99 - 79.3%
88 - 86.7%

Re: 10NL QQ- fold on flop?

I play these games at Stars and this is what I have found to work.
In this situation I would reraise on the flop a bit more than min, something like 2.2.
Reraising that little bit more than the...

I hate your flop check, lead this flop all day and 3-bet him when he raises. Your minraise sucks, raise to 1.4.
