Re: How to proceed? Slowplay or raise?

[ QUOTE ]
As you wish. My regret here is that I let 'em up on the river (fear of the straight I guess)

SB showed down 22, UTG+1 showed down with A9o.
I don't know what Button had.

Re: Top 2 pair against TAG

*Grunch*

I usually calls down in the situations. A set of 3 is the most likely hand he holds. AA and 99 is unlikely because of pf action and your holding.

Re: How to proceed? Slowplay or raise?

What happened in this hand was that I actually stopped and thought for a while how I was gonna get the max value out of it. But the 30 sec you've got before your hand is folded wasn't enough for a...

Call. You are probably beat at the moment, but the pot is big and you have a draw to the nutflush.

Re: Raise flop for a free card?

*Grunch*

I think the hand is played well. If he really is that passive that you say he is (samplesize mathers), he's most likely holding is a set on the flop. But I think that it's often enough...

Re: Avatars on Pokerstars

It probably doesn't make a difference on higher levels either. It was just a thing that crossed my mind, looking at some stupid avatars when I played earlier.

Re: bottom two pairs + small flush draw on turn

Grunch.

Call. As I see it you got to hit your flush, and there is a farely good chance that it's gonna hold up. I would be more worried if I hit my FH that I would loose to a bigger one. UI on the...

What I did was fold the hand. What I thougt was in the same line as you guys have suggested. Weak hand, small pot and proceed to steal later.

Rivercall with weak hand. Correct or incorrect?

I think I remember that Ed Miller saying in his book and in some posts here that players fold too much in big pots. In this hand I was farely sure that I was beat, but remembered what he said. So I...

Re: 1/2, thanks for the turn free card, miss, then what?

Grunch.

Easy fold. You basically can't beat anything, and to make an A to fold isn't something to expekt.

Re: Should i take a stab on the turn?

Taking in to the account that he is a poster I think that you probably split the pot now when the A came. So I would call down.

Re: Letting go of 76s

"Grunch post"

I would bet out on turn and probably take down the pot. If I get raised it's time to fold.

Another solution is to c/r the flop, and bet out on turn.
