It would only be an argument for folding if I had accurately read your post.

I would call the river only because the guy is a LAG and you can't take him off AJ b/c of the flop cap

[/ QUOTE ]

Shouldn't this be an argument for folding?

Re: Ladies in the water

Thanks for the tip aargh57,

I meant that I thought about c/ring the flop. I said turn my mistake.

On the river, the pot is really too large to fold, but I just can't see my queens be good one...

Re: River Donkage

If you threebet because you put him on a draw, you have to show down because he can still have the nut flush draw and a pair K8 or K7.

But I think you have to call his first raise, and call down...

Re: readlessriverdancing in a pool of indecision.

I don't see any hand that you beat that will call your river threebet. You "may" fold an AK but so rarely that it's not worth it imo. I would really like to fold here, but I'd call hoping he'd have...

Re: QQ- turn aggro, do you fold?

If you're giving him credit for trips here, that means that he hasn't been that laggy post flop this session. In this case, call his turn raise and check call the river. Do the same if you only...

Re: Probably very standard TT hand

Call. BB must feel very uncomfortable with his big cards (given stats) and utg is padding the pot.

What has his capping range been over these 34 hands? Some Lags raise anything, but don't 3bet or...

Re: JTs UTG

This sucks. I think check and fold if it goes bet-call, but call if it goes bet-fold or check-bet. Uncomfortable hand.

Re: river fold

I think a flop cap is very valuable here. You're almost never losing and this board is EVIL. A turn lead by villain is usually very informative.

Re: (99) easy turn fold?

Against such an agressive opponent, can't we count on him betting the flop and turn UI? We'd take the c/c, c/c bet line if the board stays friendly.

Re: anyone play this differently?

You can't protect on the flop, so nice call. Turn and river play themselves. Nice hand.

Re: I like everything but my call on the river

Why not bet the turn? I know you've just picked up oesd, but you barely have enough bets in the pots to even draw to that. (ok, you also have an overcard) I would bet and give myself a chance to win...

Re: ugh vs unknown

Raise/call. That T didn't really change anything. People LOVE trip aces. Most of the time, when this happens, I find they have a little ace and are scared to get capped on the turn, but they hate...
