rakeupdate payment processor fees - how are they calculated?

Does anyone know how the rakeupdate.com calculates Payment Processor Fees when you withdraw to Full Tilt? I emailed them and apparently they charge is on full Tilt's end and they tell me they refuse...

if you are better at shorter tables and are good LAG style, the 6 player is better...if you can play a really tight game, 10 player is better (i think), because you can usually double up early on if...

do you call a draw if you are even money?

In playing a cash game...say you have equal stacks...would you call on a draw if you calculated that you were even money? or would you just fold?

if you aren't going to call a shove on the river i would have slowed down a little on the turn...maybe only bet like 45 or 50 to keep the pot smaller.
