I was bugging memberservices and then when I heard from Tech Support I started on them. Basically every time it happens and costs me money I mail them! I generate a lot of rake so hopefully they are...

I get the waitlist freeze at least 2 or 3 times a day. Have mailed UB and seem to be getting their standard response asking for system specs etc. Will report back if I actually get anywhere useful.

Just had a call from UB to check on my details.. random check on the account meant they froze it. Shame they didn't email me to tell me what was going on!
