I stick to a fairly rigid routine, 3hrs in the morning, 2 in the afternoon, 5 days a week.
Sometimes quit early if im tilting (not often enough), play longer if im deep with position on a fish etc.

This guy was loose\agg but well aware of his image is he really shoving 150bb river as a bluff ?

Fold set v LAG ?
Villian is 46\24. Total agg 1.58 wsd 26. Hes obviously very loose and aggressive but definitely seems to have a good idea of his image and i havent seen him spew in any big pots. (I've seen him stack...

I cant connect to Party at the moment but am not getting the usual party is down for maintenance page, it just gets stuck at the opening lobby stage.

Villian is 24\19 and aggresive, his 3 bet range is reasonably wide here, hence the PF call.
