You can use call out boxes (think that's what they call them) in Camtasia to block out your name.

You will also have to block out the title bar and chat.

CamStudio (http://camstudio.org/) is freeware.

Camtasia has more options and has a 30-day or something trial period.

Note: the Camstudio site was down when I checked.
