Billy, That soup recipe is interesting, and I really want to try making it. How fine did you chop the corn tortillas to make your roux? Would it be easier just to use corn flour there?

Ironically enough, I could not really devote time to IC OOT this week.

But I tried doing an appetizer.

Jalapeños Stuffed with Crab and Avocado

I was thinking the same thing as Analyst on the plating. It does sound delicious, though.

I don't know if I can get my hands on crema poblana, sad to say.
