When I did a wire transfer through EcoCard you didn't need to enter an IBAN number (US doesn't use or doesn't have) but a SWIFT Code was required.

If so, go that direction. It takes about two weeks and will cost you about $30-$40 in fees. I sucessfully got my money off of Poker Time this way.
