Re: Multiple Accounts on Full Tilt

Wow, you got lucky. FTP is definitely going easier on players by not confiscating their bankrolls like before.

Re: Just moved to LA, Best Casinos?

Low stakes may be very difficult to beat relative to Vegas because of the $4-$6 drop every hand regardless of pot size. All of the 2/5 and 3/5 blind NL games are good. Commerce & Bike are the two top...

Re: How long do I withhold tips? Dealer mistake costs me $1800. (long)

Flytrap did the dealer rap the table, if the dealer did and you didn't stop the dealer you should blame yourself. This is a common dealer mistake. Players can protect the game by stopping the dealer....

Re: No option, no problem...

Dealer should have confirmed his option with a motion but your buddy sounds like an idiot or this dealer is clueless. One or the other.

Re: How To Proceed After Dealer Error

Stoopidskunk ir right.

It's gonna happen often. Its the dealers error, but any dealer who raps the table will give you time to stop them. If your not an idiot you will stop the dealer before this...

Re: another tipping question (sorry)

"Trust me, the dealers are thinking nasty things about you, and over time you may be held more strictly to the nittiest of rules, not be given benefits of doubt, etc."

Trust me..this is so true....

Re: Spa Resort Casino Palm Springs, CA

First they spread 1/3 NL not 1/2. The usual games are 3/6 1/3 NL, and a $5,000 buy-in NL. And the $5,000 NL is juicy!

If you are looking for 4/8, 8/16, 20/40, or 25/50 just drive down the street...

Re: Best daily Vegas tournament for low rollers?? (under 70.00 entry fee)

The Planet Hollywood tournaments tend to be a decent value. The tournament staff is somewhat inexperienced but they try hard to run a decent small tournament,

Re: Straddling before the cards are dealt

Well most cardrooms have a policy that as soon as the first card is dealt, regardless of where the card is dealt a pot cannot be straddled. I think it depends on a situation. I think a policy of the...

Re: Casinos that are 18+

Make the move to California, there are tons of indian casinos that are 18+. I think Morongo is probably the most popular.

Would you post the BB or post BB + SB dead behind?

Ok, I know this is a nit question but I’m still curious on your opinion and views. So at a local casino if you want are a new player and you are in the big blind position you can either post the big...

Re: Commerce cash games

These games are juicy. The Bellagio 2/5 game tends to be tougher than the 10/20 blind NL game at Commerce. The games at Commerce are so juicy I have decided to play there exclusively. Oh yeah, they...

Re: Terrible dealer tries to get the action kicked out.

There isn't much you can do. You could talk to the director/manager of the table games/poker and let him know. You shouldn't expect much from a 4 table room. Most small rooms inside normal casinos...

Re: Massive Turnover in Caesars Palace Staff?

At least you guys get 10% $5 cap + $1 jackpot. Here in LA everywhere is $5 + $1. 1/2NL, 3/6, 4/8, and 6/12 are pretty much unplayable due to the rake. And Nevada these games are still somewhat...

Re: 1/2 NL winrates?

With a $200 buy-in and some mediocre action $15ph should be attainable assuming that the rake is reasonable ($4 cap) and you are toking reasonable amounts. If you tip $5-10 every hand you will...

90 hours is a pretty small sample size. When your running good it can make your opponent look really bad. Don't get me wrong, I'm sure that they are horrible /images/graemlins/smile.gif
