What is the proper rule for the action after a shortstack goes allin and his allin doesn't represent a raise?
2 examples:
1. Blinds at 1000/2000, there is a raise to 4000, shortstack goes allin...

Yeah, I figured that he would go allin with any pair tens and lower and AJ. Minimum raise just shouts for a call. That would mean AK(s), AA, KK, QQ (unlikely), JJ, maybe AQs.
