Re: JJ overpair. what\'s your standard play?

100% raise flop, he could so easily be doing a pot size bet to check where you really stand while Holding AK etc.. Then even if you call he may hit A or K and take the lead.

Re: chris ferguson challenge

I have to say, if he dropped his limits like he explains in his post, I'm surprised he dropped so fast. It's very possible, but for a player of his skill unlikely if he keeps dropping limits as he...

That depends what a...

I think I may be missing something here, but surely with any game where by you can see all of your opponents moves and pieces, there is an exact strategie and counter strategie to every move.

In...

Re: effect of your birth order in how likely you are to be reading thi

That actually makes perfect sense.

The common aim of any living thing is to reproduce. Some animals actually die in the process.

Therefore an animal, which reproduces twice and then the 3rd one...

Re: Is it possible to just be an unlucky person?

I think with the pre-flop action KK QQ JJ all seem very likely and all would fit the post flop play. I think AA is less likely as he would have definately have got you...

Re: $400 AQ TPTK

Anyone think there is a chance he was pre-flop with KK and when you did your raise he wasn't 100% you weren't on AA, or thought you could be pushing with AK, AQ. So figured he'd buy into the flop...
