Full Tilt $8/180 - when is the best time?

These never seem to run with any regularity. Is there a particularly good time of the day/week that these go? Seems ever since the Stars $12/180 turbos started it pretty much killed this game.

Re: Final Table of a 24+2, KQs and short

Remaining stack sizes would help define this decision, but given your stack (which appears to be effectively 4-5 BB?), I think I push and not think twice.

Re: $10/200 - Near Bubble, Shorty w/ OESD

In short, No

I agree with yNnOs here, as played just call 400 and see what happens

Keeping the pot smaller works to your benefit here, especially if you turn club. Either way, pushing on the...

Re: NL25 - Did I completely botch AA?

As played, I think you have to call - but I think I'd rather 3-bet the flop re-evaluate if 4-bet. No reads?

Uh, maybe not. I'm not sure why the Peppermill isn't sending results in lately, but they didn't for their summer tourney either.

Re: Peppermill Fall Poker Tournament

I'll be playing this event this coming Fri/Sat. How are the dual events working out? I'm assuming the 7pm event starts around the time the bubble or FT hit? Or, is the noon event finished by the...

im not a big fan of slow playing but i think you played this well and squeezed out the value in your monster.

If you lead this flop i think most players natural tendency is to believe...

Re: $10 - Awkward AK on Final Table

You really have to lead out on this flop to see where you stand. You're OOP Multiway with TPTK against a draw heavy board. You can't expect a continuation bet from a LP raiser. You're tyring to...

Re: OESFD on the turn ... rebuy tourney

There's a fair chance that the CO is coming along. That's the implied odds difference maker for me.

Re: OESFD on the turn ... rebuy tourney

Call and hope from an overcall from CO. Pushing is pointless as this is likely to get you heads up vs MP1.

It's a rebuy tournament and I really don't think this is a close decision at all -...

Re: What do I do about a card marker?

Here's a fairly extreme example of the method of peeking at your cards that I'm referring to.

Re: What do I do about a card marker?

If the marks are on an unusual number of aces or face cards, then I'd say it's intentional. I've found that my card's "marks" seem fairly well spread out over the deck.

I really think you have...

There's a certain kind of damage which I feel is unintentional. Below is a picture from MY setup (not pfapfap). The marks are very hard to see, and is most visible from the card face as opposed to...

Re: $115 - Live 70ppl - QT 3-handed

I fold here unless you've seen SB push with air in the past, and even then it would be a difficult call. I don't really see the need of taking an unnecessary risk in this situation given your stack.
