Re: Guy stacks off with 99 and said it was a good play

If i see you 3-bet with Q2s I'm probably calling you here also if i decided to make a stand. You took a shot, he had a good read, just move on.

Re: Playing small pocket pairs from BB in unraised pot

Good luck building a pot when you hit in an unraised pot. Limpers nearly never get stacked unless they hit big made hands or good draws. I vote for raising preflop unless I'm against players that...

I fold his range preflop would be pocket pairs, AK, AQ. Probably not AA or KK unless he,s played it tricky. Pushing turns your TT into a bluff and probably folds out overpairs...

also what do u think to my call before the UTG raise?

I prefer raising here cause you will have a hard time getting alot of value on river. You often have the best hand...

Re: 35K Hand Checkup

Don't know if it,s juste me but why is your vpip and pfr from SB higher than from button? You'll play those hands out of position postflop. This could be a leak.

Re: Theory

Ok so now the new moto of the week is when button open raises we 3-bet 100% from the BB without looking at our hand?? Even the biggest fish will end up shoving pretty much any decent holding.

I do...

Re: 25nl QQ what do we do here?

Vilain will have AA and KK often here. Sometimes he will have AK.

Against AA or KK you have 18.9% equity on your call and against AK it's 56%. I think he will show AA and KK more often though. So...

Re: QQ called 3 bet pre, now facing min raise on flop

We beat JJ, AQ, AK. The rest of his range is read dependant but if you are going to fold QQ on a flop like this you might as well fold it preflop unless you are only playing it for set value?!?...

Re: NL50 JJ turn brings A

Why do we want to turn JJ into a bluff? Vilain will only fold hands that we already beat. I don't think vilain folds anything that is better than our hand there other than QQ maybe.

If he's a real...

Re: 2/4 6max shortstacked - trying to win more pots

[ QUOTE ]
It seems like you're trying to outthink yourself. I fold both preflop, I think your stack is not deep enough to grant the implied odds you need to make calling a profitable play.

Re: Slowplaying top set on a drawy board - oops.

His turn bet leads me to think he already has a made hand and he knows you didn't call hoping to river a flush. I think I call there.

Re: NL200 - Flopped flush facing heat?

Unless vilain is a real donk I think you are beat there. I don't see him calling with much else than a set or a higher flush... maybe Ac Q if your lucky but most likely a set.

Re: nl200 6m: JJ facing too much action

I probably call here also. He could easily be on a draw A8 or A9 of clubs or any other str8/flush draws. 9J is unlikly although still possible. He could also easily have a set though. But I think...

Re: 100NL - 2 hands I don\'t know what to do with

On hand #1 i'd shove turn more than river you'll get more hands that you beat to call you.

On hand #2 if he has AA or KK so be it. You can't fold on that board. Had you been raising alot lately?...

Re: TPTK reraised PF

I fold preflop in that spot cause the other guy is short stack. If you call tho why do you want to fold if you hit TPTK? Were you only playing for the ace or the flush?
If you've been raising alot...
