Preflop I put him on a pair or aj+, maybe suited broadway. Your flop bet narrows that significantly. Can't put him on an ace anymore, nor a set. I just don't see him calling with overs and a gut...

You're a short stack, right? And he covers, so you need 7 to 1 odds which his bet gives you (implied ~8-1). I think it more likely that you can double up because you are so short here. Set value...

I certainly don't think your range only includes cards which beat his weak ace after the button raise. So betting might get a call from a weak ace.
He could put you on anything, and with the flush...
