I tried crossloop (crossloop.com) earlier today, and it worked ok for watching.

I tried taking control of a computer over the Internet and editing in a word-doc, and it was impossible due to lag....

I need some software, that will let an external user (coach) watch my screen while I play poker - for coaching.

The coach does not need to be able to control the mouse.
