Re: Any use starting out limit HE now?

62% gotta be shorthanded, but it's not THAT uncommon to see fullring around 50% and SH up to 75 %. Depending on what level obviously. Try the boss network if you want lose games.

Re: Always beat here? 0.50/1.00 Limit

There are a bunch of hands he could have that you beat.
Very read dependant I'd say.

Re: AA, Yuck board

BB has A3 or A8 here I'm afraid.
Good thing, in the long run, is that he cold calls 3 bets with that hand.

I'd probably call down either way.

Re: TPGK, get c\'rd on the turn

I smell 77 from UTG.
Wouldn't he have raised 77 preflop though?

Anyways, I think you can fold river unimproved. I'd probably call down though, being a fish and all.

Re: Can you win if you\'re consistantly out lucked.

AA wins over Q8s most of the times.
When you do lose it's just variance and there is nothing anyone can do about that.

I know it sucks when it keeps happening but just hang in there, it'll even...

Re: guess what he had

A9s (diamond) is my guess.
These things happen, and when they do, it sucks.

CO must have AT or something? Or he just sucks.

Re: 2 KQo hands.

Oh yeah thats right, didn't see that.
Still it smells AA or KK.
Given it's only 20 hands I'd call down expecting to lose.

Re: Interpoker - $100 Bonus not showing up

Where exactly in PT does it show how many raked hands you've played? I have played 790 hands, but I'm guessing not all are counted as raked?

Re: 2 KQo hands.

Hand one:
UTG has to have AA looking at his stats and that preflop 4bet. I'd fold when he 3bets the flop.

Hand two: I don't know, I'd probably c/c the flop and c/r the turn. Don't know what...

Re: Beginner frustration

Hi.
I started playing in July 05 and deposited $100 to party.
I started off winning and after a week I was up to $300 playing .25/.5 fullring limit. Then... I lost it all.

I bought SSHE and read...

I feel I missplayed this AK. Weak :(

BB is 31/5/2.2
CO is 30/6/1.5

I should probably have bet the flop.

TT, strange hand

Villain is 49/3/0.8 and a total fish

Not sure if I should have bet the turn as well, given the reads on him.

Re: Too passive with JJ HU?

Cap preflop and c/r that flop?
I think I'd fold to a 3-bet on the flop but that might be weak.

Re: KQ calldown

I'd c/r the turn.

That J is a bit scary though, I'd probably bet and fold to a raise.
On the other hand, players with 0.8 AF usually don't bet draws like that, but rather let someone else do the...

Re: QQ vs donk turn

Something is wrong with the converter as there's one too many players in the hand.

That donk is seldom a 9x hand.
A5 or A4 is more likely. Or a small PP

Raise and fold to a 3-bet if his stats...

Re: How not to play .50/1. Limit Holdem Maniac play

My rule #1 against maniacs is to never raise draws for a freecard as that never works. On the other hand, call him down with any pair that hit the flop.

Raising to knock others out is obviously...

Re: They aren\'t always bluffing

This is a really good advice.
A lot of the times they really do have a piece of the flop while your AK missed. After all, they do call a raise with T2o.

Would you slow down? KJs

Villain is 70/10/1.8 and always bet out like this no matter what flops.

Ok, so after the turn I realize he has a 7, but 7T? no way. I'm still good. I was tempted to raise the river too but...
