salt and pepper--both sides. clearly flipping less is best--one turn should be enough. steak needs to be medium rare. throw a piece of butter on top once you take it off the grill. enjoy.

i would stay away from nxg. there are much better gold/copper plays out there that dont involve cramer. i did use nxg to gain about 60% in that cnbc stock gig though.
