Only time you should comtemplate doing folds like this, is if there's great reason to believe you can gain more in the next hands than making the call, this situation is way too marginal for that but...

It means that if we lead, we fold to a raise and check-fold to a big bet on the turn instead of checking and being faced with a potsize bet or bigger from possibly an inferior hand.
