my noob logic thinks that SB flopped big with 67/88 and thought he'd slowplay flop-then when the 7 comes on the turn he thinks utg is going to slowdown so leads himself.

i can't see him leading...

I would bet the turn, about 6-7. he has 89, set or two pair often enough.
