I tried 16bit colour and it didn't seem to help. I went over the task manager again and it seems like it is a combination of PokerAce and Party Poker that is slowing it down, so I'm going to look...

Just the usual - Kerio Firewall, PokerAce, Pokertracker, firefox, windows task manager. Works great for opening/closing windows, just messes up when it cycles.
