Re: URGENT: TOURNEY TOMORROW!!

wtf is up w/ your payout structure. do more like a 100/60/40 so runner up actually matters.
if you want it to be more topheavy id go with a 120/50/30 or 110/60/30.

we need your chip colors and...

Re: 400NL Turn TPTK

getting 3:1 i call in an instant. i think a 6 would raise the turn hoping you have an ace. and i doubt hes full or caught w/ 54.

i wonder if its more profitable to let him bluff or valuebet a...

Re: Official Party Regulars Thread

what do you think of aikisensai?

Re: Official Party Regulars Thread

wow, baby505050 is like the worst player that has taggish stats. he called a turn PSB with 22 on T975 3flush board w/ a bare 2-hi-FD.
obviously made it and it was good. thank god i wasnt villain...

Re: 3 streets of betting. 5/10 Party

i dont like a flop raise at all. we have a medium hand w/ showdown value that cant stand a reraise (and i can see villain reraise(semi)bluffing in a spot like this).

i like the way you played...

it doesnt matter. you have the nuts. he cant have AKhh, because you hold the Kh. your huge raise preflop left pretty much only PPs and AK in his...

Re: 3/6 deep, set on 3 flush board

any1 going for b/c 700 on turn?

as played, i think this is an easyeasy river call. you have shown a lot of weakness on turn and he thinks he can get you off JJ,TT etc.

Re: NL400, checkraised with overpair

this is an easy flop raise because there are a ton of turn cards you dont like to see. it ends the hand right now (which is good) or sets you up for a turn shove with good equity.

Re: need help for home tourney

the jump from 50/100 to 100/200 is too steep. 75/150 would be perfect. i assume you have $25 chips in play, so that would do it. if not then use something like 70/140.

i think 20min blind levels...

Re: What to do w/ AA pre

you will have trouble extracting any more value w/ a dry side pot if he misses. give him something to shoot for after the flop, but dont make it too big. i think 110-120 should do it.

"Squeeze" zu schreiben ist ein strategischer Kommentar zu einer Hand, die noch gespielt wird, und das ist eben nicht erlaubt.

Re: AK hits in 4bet pot- still I fold

he definately has you beat there. he isnt pushing into you on a board that contains 3 broadways where you can very well have a set.

my best guess would be JJ, maybe KK (only 1 combo left),...

Re: (NL400) QQ in 3-way reraised pot. Villain No.1 donks flop

i can definately see button having AA (maybe KK) here.

call flop.
if btn stays you have a huge problem. against mp i wouldnt be too concerned. he has <100 left, so you are obviously committed...

Re: NL400 - Backdoor flush draw on turn, fire again?

board isnt very drawy for a SB coldcaller. he probably caught a piece of it.
He might fold JJ-77 but we dont know if he will cooperate. i would check as you might make a disguised backdoor flush and...
