Well do you fire Norv now and try to salvage the season? I think the odds of this occurring are slim, but management should certainly consider it.

it was salisbury. also, i'll just repeat that schottenheimer is a pitiful coach since so many in this thread seem to think otherwise.

schottenheimer's a horrible coach who nevertheless consistently keeps a job as head coach somewhere in the NFL. kudos to the chargers for having the courage to get rid of this clown. 14-2 isn't good...
