A push seems like overkill on the second hand, but out of position, I'd probably do it...

I think I'd play it the same and fold to the river bet. I'd call if it were smaller or I had more chips. I think there's merit to betting half the pot on the turn and shutting down to any further...

I'm not ecstatic about pushing this early, but it's definitely unexploitable, and I'd probably end up doing it. Against one or two limpers, I'd probably make a more traditional raise.

I don't know the villain, but I doubt he'd be pushing 23%, or much that you're beating. I would think that over the next six hands, you could find a more +EV spot to open-push. I'd fold.

Making a standard raise here leaves you too little room to maneuver post-flop. I'd open-push. As played, you really can't fold any undercard flop, so I'd probably push the flop myself.
