I think most people are missing the point.

It's an oven bag, a bag that can be used to cook things in an oven.

So you would be heating up the resin left in the bags to a smokable temperature...

I can't say this will work as I've never had this issue and I don't own that CD, but I'd try highlighting the album or a single track and then going to the Advanced option and clicking Get CD Track...
