With the stacks this small I don't think you have too many different lines as options. I don't think the flop bet is too terrible because he could probably be limping with a small pair or any lame...

I don't think you have to be particularly worried about UTG+1 with the superweak smooth call with so many players behind. In fact, if i push here, I root for him to call hoping he has an underpair.

I think it may be a little irresponsible to c/c or c/f.

IMO, the combination of him having an underpair to the 10 and the possibility of a big stack steal makes it so that a c/f is unacceptable...
