Paxinor's fix did not work for me.
Changing fphg use_live to 0 did work however it takes about 5 seconds for my bets to be calculated. Basically unuseable /images/graemlins/frown.gif

I should mention that I am running Norton Internet Securities (disabling this does not help) and a slew of other anti-spyware programs.
