This is not really a risk imho. I use the harvester, it works well. Additionally you don't have to be logged in to mine hands. I have never heard of anybody who had serious trouble due to datamining.

hmm in average any player loses 0,1 - 0,2 BB/hand in the BB. right? So the deal would be fine if villain offers more than we lose in average in the BB/hand?

1) calling preflop, even once in a while, is a MASSIVE mistake. you are pot stuck with tons of hands even playing correctly postflop and lose more money on average from the preflop...

I have successfully played thousands of hands FL 5/10 - 20/40 but I've never played a FL MTT, but on sunday I will.
Does exist here any FL MTT...

YOu need pot odds from 11 to 1 to call any2 and 7 to 1 to call any2 suited. That means the pot should be 12 SB on the flop with any2 and you paid beside your BB one additional bet.
