Re: \"72o is the worst Hold\'em hand\" - How?

blind (and drunken) post, hopefully I won't be repetitive...

if I have a hand that is pitted against 9 other random hands, all which reach showdown, I have the least likely chance of winning the...

Re: Playing weak

I would play hand 1 the same, a flop bet has almost no fold equity. In hand 2 I would fold if he bets the river. I don't think unknowns bluff Qx or Ax often enough here.

Turn is 8h. You check, I bet, you raise, I 3-bet and you call.

Re: Retiring old party sn: workin_hardly

wtf canada, I was hoping to get opinions on my overall game, not to learn specific history strategy again other TAGs. It's not like I'm rummaging through my databases now to learn how to outplay...

Re: 30/60 4 handed JTo

Against this lineup I would normally fold preflop but it's close and I think your table image swings this to a raise. I would 3bet the flop.

Re: Retiring old party sn: workin_hardly

Thanks for the comments sweetjazz. I know I sometimes pick bad spots to semibluff and the KJs on a low dry flop is a great example. I do on occasion check/call decent hands on the flop sometimes to...

Retiring old party sn: workin_hardly

On this handle I mostly played 15-30 and 20-40. I'd appreciate any comments from anyone who's played with me, thanks.

Re: AP 10/20 Value bet this set?

The turn is an easy 3bet. Use your positional information and value bet that river every time.

Re: Reality check, has my play deteriorated (multipl. hands)

Hand 1: Looks fine. The only other option is to raise the turn instead.

Hand 2: Also fine. I don't put much faith in stats when I have "just a few hands."

Hand 3: I think you'll see a weaker...

Re: 10/20 spew?

Will the LAG almost always bet if you check to him on the flop? If so like going for a flop checkraise. With no metagame info on the TAG I would immediately fold the flop. If you've seen him...

Re: 10/20 jacks

This hand looks unbelievably standard to me. There's no way in hell I'm folding the river unless I know the TAG very well, and even then I'll often call.

Re: $109 limit tourney for 2p2ers, 19:30 EST Monday on Pokerstars

I had fun and would definitely play again. I'd also prefer a slower structure next time.

Re: Any interest in a private limit tourney?

I'm interested too. Anything up to maybe 500 is fine. I've got a flexible schedule too so more or less anytime any day would probably work.

Re: KK hand. Comments?

I'd play it the same. Also I would overcall the river for 1 bet even if the board didn't pair.

I like it as long as you don't do it too much and have a very very good read on the CO. It's a great play but it has to work extremely often, considering the minscule pot size. I do this type of...

Theres nothing to think about here. Your currently trailing, but you have a nice big draw. Cold-call the turn raise and river the nuts.

Re: Come on Feel the Noise
