Agreed about Science and Nature. Some of the papers in there are amazingly crappy.
Funding is pretty screwed up. I think the publishing and funding have the same problem. You have these dinosaurs...

I think that a lot of yours, Dawkins, and Jones' comments are concerning our difficulties putting organisms into groups, both currently and across their evolutionary history. This doesn't mean to me...
