Instant All inn first hand

So I had this really weird hand today.
I was playing with sharkscope while the game was loading
and when i alt-tabbed back, he was already All inn!
Should this be a fold? What could he be pushing...

Should rakeback be included in the ROI calculation?
It seems pretty logical to subtract the rakeback from the fee, when you do the calculation. But i haven't seen it in any of the examples i have...

If you bet/push the turn you give up your hand completely, and he probably won't call with anything else then a flush, or a set on tilt. If you just call turn and push river, he I think he would call...

I know i will only win his first bet, and thats the point.
If i check/raise a 10xbb flop i will win 6-7bb each time. If i bet out he will fold almost every time when he doesnt have an ace.
