Re: Converting Stars FPP\'s to $$$

[ QUOTE ]

Interesting....I'm not really into tournaments or the stuff in store. Do all tournaments convert to equal $T? Are any better than others for converting to cash?

Re: 50NL AJ 2 Pair on Flop

I'm happy to get it in. Lower two pair and Pair + gutshot play this the same.

Oh, so have I. But UTG I narrow it somewhat. What I posted was worse case scenario.

Re: NL5, Trip kings vs shove?

You have some very serious flaws in your thinking.

Flop is definetely not WA/WB. Flush draw is definetely a possibility. Cbet here to get value from draws. An ace is part of his range, but so are...

Re: Jeff Gerstman fired from Gamespot

I think gamespy's scoring system is perfect. 5 star instead of 10 point or 100 point system. Average gets a 2.5-3.5 while great games get a 4 and game of the year candidates get 5's.

Re: NL25 Call river V 51/15

large? it's about 2/3 pot. Snapcall. Why does the board pairing matter unless he held a 6?

yup, Baldur's Gate is awesome.

What about Marvel Alliance?

Ultimate Alliance is so fun co-op, my girlfriend would play with me. And she hates video games in general.

Re: JJ flop top set

Villain is not going to try and take a free card OOP. There is far too great a chance that you will bet. If he has the draw, he's betting out.

Re: Middle Set on Coordinated Board vs Maniac

This is a pretty obvious scare card. I snap call vs a maniac after betting pot on flop. He's putting you on a made hand, and thinks the flush card can scare you.

Re: NL50 - 77 on button facing raise

Leave the table. There is one player with greater than 50bb. As for the actual hand, I'd just be repeating what's already been said.

It takes a while, but you get used to it. I suggest staying away from multiplayer to start with. Everyone and their grandmother will wipe the floor with you. At least thats what happend to me.

Re: 26/11/07 [Konrad] Classic

The contrast between the video game and the rest of the comic draws your eye to it, giving the joke away. And what is that game? Molest the child?

Offer both a fight to the death for the ticket. If one of them actually accepts, take him, for being the most hardcore. If both accept, you get even more entertainment out of your tickets!
