Without a better read I fold. It sounds like he tries "creative" lines to try and win money. That is what I would take from the slow playing. Over betting is something that occasionally pays off...

Raising this preflop will put you into a much better position on the flop. Raising preflop allows you to commit with your raise on the flop. This would have made the turn an easy decision.

You don't bluff calling stations, especially when they show aggression. I doubt villain ever folds here and his range is way ahead of your hand.
