Re: Interesting spot with TT on button

Bet more on flop, other than that played fine, without reads, now fold.

Re: AK versus 70/1 Fish: 100NL

Isn't there a theorem out there about these types of hands?

Re: 100nl: TPGK on awkward board

I was going to say 1/2 pot it and fold to a raise as he'll raise anything that beats you other than a better A, but that would be puke inducing considering your committed.

I thought about it and...

Re: Interesting Reg vs Reg Stars 200nl hand

Raise Flop

If calling flop, raise Turn

As played, call river.

I prefer a flop raise and getting it in, even this deep. If we are behind, least we have two streets to fill up.

Re: river bluff vs. 2p2er

I like the C/R river for pure metagame purposes, it enhances your tricky image. Also, if hes decent, hes folding most Q's in his range (hard to put him on TPTK, or even good kicker)

Re: KK and terrible flop

I don't think you could get this type of player fold an ace and he is unlikely to want to put much money in with anything we beat so I like c/f. Theres way better spots against these types of...

Re: QQ 3 bet pot oop - seemingly simple spot

I hate spots like these but I think you have to bet the flop. As played, folding seems so weak but against such a TAG I would fold, your equity against his range is not very good at all.

Re: 1010 facing turn heat - NL$50 6m

This hand is really read dependent. What is his calling range in the BB? What is his bluffing frequency? What range does he put you on based on your history? Does he think has has fold...

Re: How\'s my line?

Yes, OOP, if your going to get it in, I prefer a 3 bet flop to about $27 and then get it in on the brick turn if not RRed.
By checking behind on the turn, if he checks, your giving him a free...

Re: QQ monochrome deck

Definitely pot the turn, checking river is meh, I could see a value bet here against a passive villian.

Re: 50NL donk bet in 3-bet pot

In my experience at 50nl, this is usually a monster (set, overs and flush draw, etc.) rather than a blocking bet, its almost as if hes giving you odds to call. Without reads, I'm folding. Raising...

Re: NL200: K6s I steal blind vs blind

If anything, this hand illustrates how difficult it is to play draws oop. Its a difficult hand all the way through but your line is too passive. If your going to make a move, I like the check raise...

Re: KK very deep. Pay off river? 1/2

Its close, but I think this is a call. Your hand is underrepped and your getting almost 3:1. Considering your reads on villian's preflop play and him probably viewing you as 3 betting light, I...
