Bet in the upper range of your ussual cbet (people tend to believe you less in monotone flops), also a 4th heart will shut up the action.

I'm almost never 2nd barreling turn here vs someone so passive. If fold to river bet % > 1/3 I'll bet river, but I think sth like 40% pot is enough to make most busted hands (little pairs and busted...
