Re: 16 : AKo

i personally disagree. think this is a great flop for a cont bet. theres only one other opponent, chances are he has something like a couple of face cards that missed.

Re: $4.40 MTT. Q7in bb. am i really behind here? Is this a fold?

Was pretty sure i wasnt against KQ because of the lack of flop betting.

Oh and reason i only bet small on river was to try to get the trip Q's as well as the flush to call (if there was any).

Re: 22 $ party: made flush in first hand...fold on river?

Fold pre flop. Still plenty of people ahead to raise and u are oop. Im betting or reraising the turn.

Re: $22s- overpair in unraised pot line-check

Rex do you not think a raise pre flop? limping will cause everyone else to limp and JJ is hell in multi way pot especially with overs. I like to raise to isolate one player or possibly two.

Also...

Re: ($12) JJ in SB vs. a raiser and BB shorty

Well u certainly cant call and play OOP and a raise of any kind will commit you so i think its time to pop it IMO. All the better if he calls with pants like A7o! makes u way ahead of his range.

Everyone says shove the turn. Do you mean shove in 1st pos or CRAI?

Re: ($12) QQ in position vs. some action. Line check

I dont like the call even with pos. As you say there is 35% of your stack in dead moneyin the pot plus against two opponents you wont know where you are if an A or K flops. I like the push with this...

Preflop is a fold, if you are going to fold this flop.

[/ QUOTE ]

If you are playing for pure set value then you arent getting the odds.
