Re: The process of getting a read on someone?
Paulnic hit the nail on the head. Also its good to assume everyone has it at msnl until you see otherwise and then adjust accordingly. Sometimes you will just sense the bluff but it is best to wait...

Re: Raising limpers with nothing
These sorts of play are all dependant on your image, the room flow and quite simply are pf raises taking the blinds. If so pound away fold to re raises and watch early limpers flat calling, don't go...

Re: NL25 QQ facing a small reraise on turn
I like Jousters thinking on river. I could fold turn with a read because 78h and jt worry me here loads.Tough one. I really dont like shoving turn. I like turn shove when its a clear draw.

Re: TPTK small blind v big blind
I like rr the flop to define our hand, I have run into many aggro villains like this of late who love to re-pop, do it back if, he is defending i see him dropping it like a crack head gf. I think...

Re: 50 NL: Flop decision
[ QUOTE ]
We've got a laggy image and a very drawy flop. He calls with a lot of draws and Kx here pretty often I think. This is the kind of flop we want to play hard.

Re: Minraising - play along hand
[ QUOTE ]
I'm a firm believer in "any rule in poker that says 'always' or 'never' is always wrong".
I'm still searching for a good reason to minraise because its probably almost "never". I...

Re: I had no damn idea.
I had sites like ap making 18k per hour from 50nl. WPEX are sportsboook firstly so offer rake free hoping you will place sprting bets also and you have to have gimmicks in such a crowded market.

Re: NL 25: TPGK against tight nit
You could be drawing dead rasie flop for info as yu might be ahead at this stage and dont need to draw. If you are drawing your only outs are back door or the 5 q&k's left in deck.

Re: NL20 Ak on A Q 5 Board...?

I would've raised the flop, but in the very least you should raise the turn. You have TPTK against what you have described as a very aggressive opponent. You're likely good here.

Aq worries me here I would rr his flop lead to try and find out where you are he could also have set. RR flop shut down if called and fold to rr.

Re: $25NL playing 99 as an overpair OOP

Re: 58s flops combo draw
I like push here, you have loads of outs and are probably facing two pair or set, so assuming you got full 15 outs this is ev+ as your actually about 57% to improve although in this hand fold equity...

Firstly dont min raise! I dont like a call here you have 5bb in pot fold! You probably have 9 outs (assuming hes not on same draw)you might have 12 (if he hits the jack and not the set/two pair)...
