Re: $16 - AJs button, 1 limper

I would raise because we have the button and a strong hand. If we were in EP i would just complete behind.

Re: $16 - J8s vs solid regular

I would just complete pre flop. I hate raising out of the small blind with a marginal hand while the stacks are deep for 1. 2, i hate getting called and having to play my hand OOP in a bloated pot....

Re: ($24) I forgot how to play AK

I shove this.

shoving into a raiser with ak >>> flat calling with a shallow stack and praying to hit top pair

even if the guy is tight.

Re: Turbo Heads Up vs. STT Tourneys Which is Easier to Beat?

I think the biggest hump to get over in heads up sngs is the variance and how it effects your game. Heads up gets you more emotionally involved and you are losing a ton of the games you play even if...

Re: Bubble decision

I shove this also, and i would never raise any other amount. Mayyyybe would fold if one of the blinds is a total donk, but even if he was i would still shove more often than not.

Re: SNG versus Cash Question

IF you are already comfortable in cash i would just stay there. Why move to something different when you are already proven to win what your doing now?

Also sngs are a bit limited unless you...

Re: 1-table S&Gs - your feedback requested

[ QUOTE ]
The fact STTF is asking for lower rake means that it is a serious problem effecting the long term profitability of a games and not just an easy way to save $1 a sng.

Re: $ 16 bubble play

I would fold. We have plenty of chips and i don't see him folding much at all. Even if we do catch him with total garbage he has to call 800 to win a bajillion. Also with his stack size he can...

I guess this is one of those situations where you are being influenced by the results. In this case a higher flush beating you. However there's really nothing else you could do in the...

Re: 3.40 - Priced into chasing a flush OOP

[ QUOTE ]
This early in a multiway pot I definitely would be completing here (folding is best if you are teh sucks postflop).

Re: 6.50 - 88 in EP with 12bb

88 is my boarder line hand in this spot. I think i fold 77 here (is that too tight?), and auto shove 99.

Also the fact that the players remaining all have similar stacks makes this a bit of a...

Being extremely nitty at the $3.40s is a great gameplan.

I would raise it up. Villain is prolly leading with Ac trying to semi-bluff, or some other random crap that we have crushed. Raise it to t400 and get them to make a horrible call trying to catch...
