Two things:
1) I don't see any 200 FPP tourneys there...lowest ones are 400 FPP (except for the weekly/monthly tourneys).
2) No Sunday Million this week (due to WCOOP) means no FPP satellites to...

Stars. As bbartlog stated, you should be able to find games at those limits without problems (though right now, I see many more low-stakes PL and NL tables running than Limit).
