The minraise is an expert play because you are luring them in and they don't know it. Sounds like you should be up a lot in the long run. Don't let short term results get you down.

you can of course call more with suited hands because you will have more profitable spots with them than with their offsuit counterparts, but you still want to keep the pot small because...

Re: 5/10 set deep

Good line. Would put him on something like KsQs. Makes his continuation bet and just smooth call of your bet on the turn and then shove over your head on the river plausible. Horrible river card but...

Re: does bottom two ever go right?

I really think that in the heat of the moment this is a hard fold. When villian calls I would think his hand range can be narrowed to AAA,A9,A8,888 or 999 or at worst AK. On the turn when you check...

I wouldn't ever play T8o against an EP raiser unless he absolutely sucks, and even then I wouldn't want more than maybe 2% of my stack going in pf if I'm playing purely for two pair or...

Re: Gutter with Mid Flush draw on three flush flop

You're too short-stacked to call with T8o preflop in that spot IMO; implied odds just aren't there. Obviously a fine call deeper. As played, it's totally read-dependent, and I'd usually...

Re: 5/10 JJ op in 3 bet pot

Cant see him RR you preflop with 22,44 or 55. His most likely hand ranges would be AA,KK,QQ,AKs and maybe JJ or 1010 given how he preceives your play.

I'd call flop bet and shove any non...

Instant call. I think a better hand bets the river given your check behind on the turn. He looses a lot of value on a supposed FB if he checks the river and you check behind. Narrowing his hands down...

Re: Std line for top set on montone flop.. 150bb 5/10NL?

Shove flop dont want to allow someone with KdX to draw for cheap. Make them pay. Have 10outs to fill up plus any smaller set pays you off figuring you for AxKd or flush. EASY PUSH ON FLOP! IMO

Re: QQ squeeze turn to topset - turn trouble? 10/20

With out much history think this is a fold on the turn. He called your RR cold in positioin with two other players in the pot. Think he would have RR with AA or KK to narrow the field to try and...

Re: 10/20 deeeep, KK oop versus donk lag

I think your good here more often then not. Remember you RR the PF and check called the flop . Looks like mid pair at least pair of JJ or 99. Does he think that you would RR with K10 or A10?...
