Seat #1 2400 chips folds, Seat #2 button 3000 , raises to 1200, Seat #3 SB 5000 chips goes All-In, Me in Seat#4 BB with 3100 chips and I have pocket tens. Blinds 200-400. Is this a call or fold.

To make it onto the sharkscope leaderboard, $2.50-$5 (last 500 games played) 9-10 man hold'em section. Also increase bankroll up another 8-10%. Lastly is to make sure I can get in a 150+ SNG's.
