I would just call down from there UI. I don't think it really matters if he is in SB or BB unless you have a read that the range is noticably different between the two. (ie villain would never play...

No, easy call on the river. Raising the river has no value, and folding a straight for one more after a checked through turn is retarded.

I think everything is fine apart from preflop.
