Re: 50NL: 86o in the BB

The raise from the bb with 86 is a losing move in the long run imho.
I think u had to pot the turn to price out his draw - As played I think check call the river but expect to see diamonds a fair %...

Re: [100nl] Deepstacked with underboat, stack off?

So what does villian have - kq or ak? I cant find any other possibilities after he flat calls your raise preflop.
Would villian re-raise with ak pre flop?
Hard to lay down bottom set but low...

Re: 50NL: AK flops a K and gets donked into (big preflop pot)

If u call u are committed to at least the bettors stack - some concern that players behind u may be strong 2.
I think a min raise to $20 will induce him to push/fold and u will see where other...

Re: (100NL) QQ in 3bet pot oop

HAs he 3 bet before? If so i would have 4 bet preflop to try and calm his aggression a little.
As played u need to crai i think - if u are beat "nh sir"

The number of uber aggressive preflop...

Re: 200 NL flopped flush facing turn raise

Loose last hand - familiar story - Double up or go home broke!!
2 choices here - conservative route is to flat call and call any river bet as long as another diamond doesnt come.

Probably best...

Re: [100NL] AK, TPTK vs turn and river bets

What stats do u have on the sb - image? That would help.

U could be beat here or the sb could be making a play - either way i'm not raising here.
Call down to catch a bluff on the river but u r...

Re: BvB Deep 2 pair vs dr.giggy

No stats makes it hard to make an informed decision.
Unusual bet back into u as the raiser -blocking bet??
Hard to see how to get away from 2 pair bvb but u have to be prepared to call the river if...

Re: A light call down good for the soul?

A bad player with low aggression - and u think he is suddenly aggressively bluffing?
What are his showdown stats??
If he is a typical loose fish i think u are beat - or at the very least u will...

Re: Midstage+ with 2x average stack

As played - easy fold.

I think a re-raise preflop was a better play to at least get heads up with UTG - I even prefer a fold to a call.
UTG raises are all the fashion but with his stacksize he...

Re: it occurs to me i don\'t check-raise the river enough

I don't like the raise here at all - check call yes, preferably bet the river but you are only going to lose chips with the raise - only get called if you are beat

Re: QJs late position short stacked..facing big overbet

I can find a fold here pre flop - early position
Alternatively a push but not a call.
As played - With all those callers and then a miniraise - again a push is better.

Re: High Red Zone Question?

IMHO opinion, read on the limper is very important.
Is he a fish trying to see a cheap flop or a smart trappy player waiting for a raiser?
Push or fold depending on read.

Re: WSOP table with Dmitri Nobles

IMO the guy is ready to donate his chips to you. Great chance to double up though him. Having seen some of his hand histories he has been lucky. I would be happy to tangle with him - call his raises...

Re: Calling all-in with AK late in MTT with healthy stack

At this stage of a tourney, unless the plyer is a rock then he is stealing with a wide range of hands.
This is a call everytime for me -likely to see any ace,any pair and even some suited...

Re: 4/180- How do you respond to this?

Call is tempting but weak. Doesn't matter what comes (except perhaps KK)on the flop you are still worried. Any good opponent will push into u.
If u can accept AA/KK fold
If not push.

Re: ($11 rebuys) Should I push TT here?

With Zero fold equity, I would consider a pass here.

I would rather be first in than calling a raise - best outcome a coin flip?

After reflecting for 24 hours I decided -
I should have risked my tourney for a chance to triple up. ...

Re: stars 1 mil - KK in EP

preflop raise needs to be bigger - good price for anyone with a pair or even an ace to take your $$. 5x minimum if u are on a loose table.
As played i fold and live to fight another day.

Re: Push Logic (Warning: Longish & rambling)

How fast are the blinds going up?
Are you prepared to give up a money finish for a chance to Final table?
How many pushes are being called at the Table?

All this and more needs to be considered...

Re: Down to 13 on $55K rebuy. Insta push here?

Play is not wrong - but I would have waited for a better spot.
UTG - so 6 players have a chance to find a hand after u act.
The big stacks and the short stack button will probably call with pairs...
