Wanting thoughts on playing style under these conditions

Hi all,

I generally only play internet poker for fun ($3 SnGs on PS, slowly making profit). I've just started playing a weekly game with about 10 people, and would really appreciate any thoughts...

Does the Auto-Import also update my player auto-rules and notes in the Poker program though, or do I need the PAHUD?

OK, I think there's something I'm not getting. Basically I play my poker for the day, then exit Pokerstars and open Poker Tracker, import all the new history, then export all the updated player notes...
