I would re-raise the turn, I think he is playing QQ, AQ, or AK. If he had a J, he would have bet it on the flop. I don't think he slow plays top pair in position so you can catch up.

I think check folding the river is pretty passive and bad. There are alot of hands he could have that are beaten QQ, JJ, pocket 10s. Also, because this guy had been playing so loose its even possible...
