My standart line would be to fold here PF.

I don't like a raise here because we will mostly be called by hands which range we are not far ahead of. Raising in early position brings another problem...

I like antes because I think they are favorable to good players. Bad players don't really care about blind structure and antes so you won't win or lose any bad players if you change the structure....

If they are really tight than I think I'd fold in both spots.

I doubt that the TAG will fold and your hand doesn't do great against his likely range.
