Re: Paradise $10 rebuy pre bubble play

It doesn't matter if he is a nutjob at all, he has QQ,KK or AA here like 0% of the time he reraises those preflop 2 spades is so much more likely in this spot it's a call all day.
BTW if you fold...

Re: standard 4 bet AI with AK here?

Yea, I think a borderline hand in this spot would be AT probably, or 66.

Re: Paradise $10 rebuy pre bubble play

This is much more likely AJ,KJ,QJ, 2 spades or 33,44,88,99,TT than anything else, I call.

Re: standard 4 bet AI with AK here?

This is crazy thinking for any buyin. 27bbs is like nothing, if you and villain had like 80-90bbs behind we might have an actual interesting hand, this is not, shove.

Re: Possible dilemma in the late stages

Didn't read any replies, but yes you played this bad, you should be open shoving all in. You people that have this survival strategy are playing bad poker, if you don't have a stack you need to get...

Re: limper raise flops pair + flush draw IP

I agree that folding river is probably best, but flat calling is better than reraising, if OP must get to showdown.

Re: $11 KQ iso on button

.... please never "raise to see where you are", we know exactly where we are in this hand K high, if you are raising you are raising because you think you can take down the pot not to "see where you...

Re: limper raise flops pair + flush draw IP

Fold preflop > Call preflop >>>>>>>>>>>>>> reraise preflop, unless you have a read which you did not mention.
On this particular flop you should be 2/3rding it. So 1k is a MUCH better bet.
Turn...

Re: nl 100, 24 in bb flop bottom two, river thin value or check?

For what it's worth I don't remember this hand at all. I guessed my own pocket cards to play a hand this way and found in the first spot I looked. Tough break.

Cheers!

Glad to see this still moving along, I wish we had a time table from AP. Would make the wait much less agonizing.
