Re: Table/ seat selection

In Addition to plrs/flop and highest $ average, I look at the players at the table. I check for names I know, and I make sure there aren't too many short stacks.

How to keep a fish Happy. 10NL

I just found a gigantic fish today at 10NL, I took him for 4 buy ins over 100 hands. And I was wondering how you keep em around playing now, and when you find him later. I loosened up my play alot...

Re: A weird place to find value town.

Looking at it again, I probably should have pot the river.

A weird place to find value town.

999 out of 1,000 times I do not bet this river. But against this Villian(72/0) I felt I had found value town. Also, my entire stack(less $10 buy in) was taken from villan(he had $25 when I sat down)....

Re: Is this bluff ok?

Flat call was terrible. The only reason to do this is if I villan is a maniac preflop that will raise 5BB with anything(including 23s), and I KNOW I can outplay him postflop.

But you said villian...

Re: Trapping, When is Enough Enough ?

Its been said already, but this flop is a terrible place to slow play for the aforementioned reasons...I won't harp.

As for getting rivered by a 2 outer....you should not be playing results...

Re: FTP comercials that u haven\'t seen

What makes these banned? I've seen them both on TV before..they seem pretty tame by todays standards. Or is it the players that don't want them aired?

Re: Faking DC

I think the poker sites have a way to prevent this(something like you cannot use all-in protection more than x times in y hours), but if you report it, they can keep a better eye on this person.

I...

Re: Pocket Aces, was this a terrible call?

I would've liked a bigger flop raise too. you are not getting that much information from his call with your bet.

As played, I think I have to fold to the cr..but Im not happy about it.

I totally butchered this hand. I am not sure why I played it this way, but looking at it now I am sick to my stomach.(it has nothing to do with results) Comments on all streets would be helpful.

Correct me if my maths skills are lacking today..but you are getting slightly less than 2-1 on the call, and your odds to fill up on the turn are a little worse than 3-1. and 4-1 for the river..did i...

Re: Set against possible straight

I hate your preflop limp. You need to raise it up to at least $1.

On the flop there is a mini bet, and then a mini raise, so your 3 jacks definitely look beat. The good news is with these crazy...

Re: This guy reads VERY well

Thats a nice hand, and a really big fish you should keep track of, but I really don't see the point in posting this hand other than to brag about the near royal flush.

Flop a Set, whats my line?

No too much on villian in terms of reads...but seems like he has a big hand(maybe a big ace?) with his min bet on the flop, and small turn bet.

Aside from raising preflop(which I usually do, not...
