If limp, push appropriate hands. If raise, push hands you intended to call with, or call and push any flop. Barring reads.
I have no evidence for this claim.

villains line is weak, but they often won't fold to a raise as they may have hit a small piece of the flop and decide to push over the top.

I think this is ok against passive calling station types who might call with a weak Q.
Against the more aggro villain probably more value in inducing a bluff.
