My question: Is my PFR too aggressive here. No reads on the Villian. I didn't want to call two cold so I grew some balls and Raised. Figured To close down the blinds which worked, but with 99...

Fold the flop, the check told the villian that u didn't hit the flop. If I thought the Villian was loose and would 3 Cap some lesser holdings then i would have bet the flop, if he raised me I'd bail...
